Are your Mahjong sets good for beginners?
Yes. Our American Mahjong sets are designed for both beginners and experienced players. The tile artwork is decorative and modern, but the sets still follow the American Mahjong format so players can enjoy a stylish game night while using familiar tile categories.
If you are new to American Mahjong, there may be a short learning curve as you get used to the artwork style, but the tiles are designed to be beautiful, readable, and fun to play with.
Are the tiles acrylic?
Most of our Mahjong tiles are made from acrylic or acrylic-style material with a smooth glossy finish. Materials may vary slightly by design, so please review the product description for the exact material details.
Are the tile colors exactly the same as the photos?
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may look slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, photography, and production batches.
Small variations in color, finish, and artwork placement may occur and are considered normal.
Are the tiles handmade or painted?
Some designs may include engraved-style, printed, or painted details depending on the production method. Because each set may be produced in small batches, slight variations may occur across tiles or between batches.
These small differences are part of the unique character of the set.
Shipping, Refunds, and Cancellation
How long does shipping take?
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Express Shipping: 7–14 business days
Standard Shipping: 20–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow a few business days for the tracking number to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving it if it meets our return conditions.
