Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders require approximately 1 week of processing time before shipment.

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

Express Shipping: 7–14 business days
Standard Shipping: 20–25 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving the item if it meets our return conditions.
