Processing Time
All orders require approximately 1 week of processing time before shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. This means your order will first be prepared, checked, and packaged before it is shipped.
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Express Shipping: 7–14 business days
Standard Shipping: 20–25 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
MahjHouseStudio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
International Shipping
We may offer shipping to select international locations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If your package appears lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly and also reach out to us so we can help guide you through the next steps.
MahjHouseStudio is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
